 So one day I woke up to a world as my playground... You're a Mirage now. What's a Mirage, you ask? The people who welcome you tell you they're not sure. But you're still you, they say, and that's all that matters... even though you might have reason to doubt. Everything you once could do is different here. You might have odd new skills, strange new powers, or perhaps a completely different body. The important thing, though, is that a Mirage can change the world. Finding out how is up to you. Newase is certainly a big enough place, full of monsters and danger, ruins and secrets, and giant robots. What you do about all of those things may indeed bring about the change you're capable of... and perhaps change you in the process. Mirage is a fantasy-SF game with a key focus on adventure, exploration, and player interaction with the world. An animistic world with terrifying monsters, mighty powers, entrenched cities with brimming hostility; ruins and historic legacies tucked away out in the wild; your own inevitable growth and rise in power, against the backdrop of a deep overarching metaplot with which your fate is intertwined.
